Our storage facility includes small storage units perfect for storing a few belongings and with a minimum rental term of just one month, we make it easy to store things rather than taking everything home with you.

What is the cost of a storage unit?

Rental for storage units is charged weekly with prices dependent on the size of the unit.

  • Large storage unit (32 cubic meters - 6m x 2.4m x 2.4m) $295 per month
  • Medium storage unit (16 cubic meters - 3m x 2.4m x 2.4m) $190 per month
  • Small storage unit (10 cubic meters - 2m x 2m x 2.4m) $160 per month

    • (Outside parking available, rates start from $135.00 per month)


    How much is the bond?
    The total bond required is $90. This includes $45 for your swipe card to access the site and $45 for your padlock. All padlocks are top-quality and cannot be broken with a bolt cutter.


     What is your minimum storage time and how much notice is needed to vacate?
    The minimum storage time is one month. 2 weeks’ notice is needed before vacating.


    I’m unsure which size storage unit I need. Can you advise me? 
    As a rough guide, the contents of a three-bedroom house will fit in a 20m container. Most cars will also fit in a 20m container. If you are unsure about which size storage unit will best fit your personal effects, please contact us as we’re happy to help.


    How easy is it to access the storage units?
    You can access your storage unit any time you like, 24/7, via your swipe card. At Storesafe we have big alleys, where a large truck can be backed right up to your storage unit for easy loading and unloading. No carts are needed.


    Can I store my own container at your site?
    Yes. If you have bought one of our containers for sale, or have one of your own, then we can arrange to store it at our facility and can even help to arrange transportation if needed.
